How We Price
Simple & Straightforward Pricing, Guaranteed
At Alpine Cleaners we do honest work. If we aren’t moving a bed to clean the carpet underneath it, we don’t charge you for that square footage. You pay for the service we provide- nothing more, nothing less. To clarify how we price a given room, refer to the example on the right. For this example we use the standard pricing package of $0.70 per square foot (cost and pricing packages are listed below as well as on our premium carpet cleaning page).
Step 1. Measure the bedroom
Result: 12′ X 14′ = 168 sq. ft.
Step 2. Measure the areas we aren’t cleaning (where there are immovable objects)
Result: bed measures 6′ X 5′ = 30 sq. ft.
Step 3. Calculate total actual cleaning area
Result: 168 – 30 = 138 sq. ft.
Step 4. Price
Result: 138 X .70 = $96.60
Anti-Allergen Package
$1.10 per square foot
This option includes our 11 step premium carpet cleaning process plus a stain protection (you can learn more about it below) and anti-allergen spray. Dust mite and pet allergen found indoors are the leading causes of allergic diseases. Our anti-allergen cleaning treatment allows us to reduce the levels of pet and dust mite allergens by 90% or more. We recommend this if you are concerned with not only getting your carpets looking brand new but also the overall health of your home.
Stain Protection Package
$0.90 per square foot
This option includes our 11 step premium carpet cleaning process plus Green Guard-the first carpet and upholstery protector to be certified green by the EPA. Think of stain protection like a coat of wax on your car, protecting it from the wear and tear of every day use. Our stain protection package helps make the day to day upkeep of your carpets more effective, keeps traffic lanes cleaner longer, makes vacuuming easier, and extends the life of your carpet.
Standard Package
$0.70 per square foot
This option includes our 11 step premium carpet cleaning process. If you are simply looking to get your carpets looking like new again and aren't worried about future stains or allergies, we recommend this cleaning package.
