Our anti-allergen cleaning treatment allows us to reduce the levels of pet and dust mite allergens by 90% or more. If you or anyone in your home suffers from allergies, or you’re concerned with not only getting your carpets looking brand new but also the overall health of your home, this is the package for you.
- Carpet Protection Package: $0.90 per square foot – This option includes our 10 step premium carpet cleaning process plus Green Guard-the first carpet and upholstery protector to be certified green by the EPA. Think of stain protection like a coat of wax on your car, protecting it from the wear and tear of everyday use. Our stain protection package helps make the day to day upkeep of your carpets more effective, keeps traffic lanes cleaner longer, makes vacuuming easier, and extends the life of your carpet.
- Standard Package: $0.70 per square foot – This option includes our 10 step premium carpet cleaning process. If you are simply looking to get your carpets looking like new again and aren’t worried about stains or allergies, we recommend this deep carpet cleaning package. This is ideal for clients who are moving out of a home and want to have clean carpets for their real estate listing. Note- there is no furniture moving included in the standard package. Open areas only.

Carpet Cleaning Process
Our 10-Step Premium and Green Carpet Cleaning Process in residential and commercial carpet cleaning always use healthy, all-natural, Eco-friendly, soap-free and green safe products and Eco friendly carpet cleaning solutions. That being said, we clean carpets naturally, and there are 3 different ways we can leave your carpets healthy and looking great.
1. Pre-Inspection
Upon arrival, we will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. We will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have.
2. Commercial Pre-vacuum
Dry soil is removed by thoroughly commercially power vacuuming. Removing dry soil is one of the most vitally crucial steps in any cleaning process.
3. Furniture Moving
Our regular pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, tables and smaller items. Beds, dressers, and heavier pieces may or may not be possible to move and will be assessed on an individual basis.
4. Pre-spray
A powerful, non-detergent, green certified, odorless and colorless preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning. It is non-toxic and hypo-allergenic.
5. Pre-spot
Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase the chances of removal.
6. Pre-grooming/Agitation
A professional carpet groomer or rotary brush is used to further loosen the soil.
7. Soil Extraction and Rinse
The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed using hot water and a powerful extraction cleaning system without over wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind.
9. Post Spot
Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. * For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have professional carpet protector applied to your carpet.
9. Post Groom
Your carpet is groomed with a professional groomer so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we leave. Post grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster and in the right position.
10. Post-Cleaning Inspection
We will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job.
